Graduate Telesales Executive – Permanent – Liverpool – £28,317 per annum Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries. Deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Research prospects to tailor solutions and develop new markets. Maintain an accurate CRM system and sales pipeline. Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering, and Telesales teams. Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and on time.

About you

Graduate or degree-qualified (essential). Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (desirable). Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills. Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset. Organised with strong attention to detail. Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
