Recruitment Consultant – Graduate / Entry-Level

Birmingham | 8:30am – 5:30pm with 4pm Finish on Fridays | Office-Based / Hybrid after 12 months | £27,100 Starting Salary + uncapped commission

We are looking for a resilient and driven graduate to join our parent brand James Andrews Recruitment Solutions as a trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Birmingham-based office in the Jewellery Quarter.

No previous recruitment experience is required - just strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Birmingham (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with 4pm finish on Fridays).
