This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hartshorne Group team as a Graduate Trainee Truck Sales Executive, where you’ll gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and all the coaching you need to become a successful commercial vehicle sales professional.

What you’ll be doing

In this trainee role, you will learn every aspect of the truck sales process, including:

· Supporting senior sales staff with quotations, product information and customer enquiries.

· Building relationships with new and existing customers.

· Developing a strong understanding of commercial vehicles, specifications, and customer needs.

· Visiting customers alongside experienced team members.

· Learning how to manage accounts, identify opportunities, negotiation to closing the sales process.

· Gaining exposure to the operational side of the business to understand how our products support customers

What we’re looking for?

· A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

· Some work-based experience (e.g. customer-facing role, business support, or sales/marketing environment, Transport/Logistics).

· Genuine interest in developing a career in B2B sales.

· Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

· Commercially minded with the ability to learn quickly.

· Driven, ambitious, and eager to progress.
