Job Title: Graduate Transport Planner Location: Oxford Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and well-regarded transport planning consultancy in their search for a Graduate Transport Planner. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career within a dynamic SME, offering a structured 12-18 month graduate programme and exposure to a wide range of development projects across the UK. The Role You'll work alongside experienced Transport Planners and Civil Engineers, supporting planning applications for new and regenerated developments. Responsibilities include: * Assisting with Transport Assessments, Statements, and Travel Plans * Supporting site layout, access, and parking design * Analysing transport impacts and infrastructure capacity * Reviewing planning policy and contributing to sustainable travel strategies * Attending client meetings and site visits You'll gain hands-on consultancy experience, working on multiple projects while also contributing to wider business activities such as marketing and development.
