About the role


We’re seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and experience in crafting engaging, mobile-optimised email templates. This role focuses primarily on email design, with light support for web UI to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and work within established brand guidelines to deliver high-quality visuals.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit to join their Risk & Compliance team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.


Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging, mobile-optimised email templates for marketing and transactional campaigns (90% of the role).
  • Support light web UI design work to maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all communications.
  • Use insights and feedback to refine creative for optimal performance.
  • Work within established brand guidelines and a robust design library.
  • Ensure alignment between email and web experiences.


The must-haves:

  • Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing email and web design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma (primary design tool).
  • Familiarity with designing for Braze or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with UI design and maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
  • Knowledge of JIRA for workflow and collaboration.
  • Strong ability to collaborate within a creative team environment.

  • A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £300 per day via a Hays approved umbrella company.
  • This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in London, twice per week.
