Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-weight Graphic Designer with 3-6 years of experience to join our

team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Brand Managers and Trade Marketing team to

create compelling, brand-aligned campaign visuals for our diverse portfolio and business. The

ideal candidate would also be interested in doing some lifestyle photography on the side to

support with elevating the brand look and feel.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Managers to receive briefs and develop creative concepts that

meet brand objectives.

• Develop and design engaging digital and print assets including, brochure ads,

tradeshow material, social media graphics, web banners, tool kits, menus, stand

designs, POS and enhanced sell-in materials.

• Produce engaging, visually consistent designs that align with each set of brand

guidelines and enhance the brands story telling through every touchpoint, problem

solving with initiative where required

• Manage the design studio, scheduling and prioritising workflows based on priorities &

deadlines

• Work with a high level of autonomy, managing multiple projects simultaneously and

managing part time graphic designer

• Contribute to the creative direction of the brand by bringing fresh, innovative ideas.

• Stay up to date with design trends and tools, integrating innovative ideas

• Conducting photoshoots to facilitate delivery of work

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of design experience, ideally within the hospitality/drinks/retail industry.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent understanding of branding and design principles.

• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with

team members.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to

changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Organised and compliant with time sheet processes
