About the role

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the Product Owner to enhance customer engagement and drive growth through a data-driven, personalised communication strategy. Your role will focus on ensuring consistency, optimisation, and innovation across all customer touchpoints, supporting business objectives and achieving Tier 1 client KPIs.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design: Create and implement responsive layouts that deliver an optimal viewing experience across devices and email clients. Incorporate engaging multimedia elements such as images, GIFs, and videos into customer communications.
  • Creativity: Develop visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for both client and Priority brands. Adopt a customer-first approach to ensure messaging is clear and campaign goals are met.
  • Communications Management: Utilise the Braze platform to design reusable content blocks and templates, enabling efficient collaboration and streamlined communication delivery.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activity and bringing fresh, strategic ideas to help the client stand out with best-in-class communications.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging performance insights to iterate and enhance impact.
  • Performance: Combine curiosity and creativity to deliver bold, confident ideas while maintaining a focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Implementation: Use performance metrics and research data to continuously refine and optimise design across CRM channels.


The must haves:

  • Minimum 4+ years in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact email designs that demonstrate exceptional typography, layout, art direction, and technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel CRM design and implementation, preferably within the Braze platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce, or similar email service providers.
  • Ability to apply brand guidelines and styles consistently across CRM campaigns.
  • Skilled in cross-functional communication with brand stakeholders to gather requirements, content, and deadlines.
  • Strong graphic design capabilities with proficiency in Figma.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
