Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 remote)

£30,000 basic + monthly bonus opportunities

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who wants to go beyond client work and truly shape and grow brands from the inside.

You’ll be responsible for designing high-converting and visually engaging assets across digital and print, including websites, funnels, and brand materials. this is a full time role.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and print
• Create and evolve branding across multiple internal brands
• Build and optimise funnels and websites (full training provided)
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and launches
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and business goals
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in graphic design, branding, and layout
• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
• High attention to detail – this is very important to us
• Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in web design is a bonus (training provided)
