About The Role:
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact account management role where you’ll have real ownership.
Reporting to the UK Sales Lead you’ll manage top UK grocery & retail accounts from day 1, helping to grow the brand’s presence across B2B. You won’t just be maintaining relationships, you’ll be driving performance, spotting opportunities, and shaping how the brand shows up on shelves.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning relationships with major UK grocery/retail accounts and becoming their go-to commercial contact
- Working closely with distribution partners to bring products to market effectively
- Driving growth across both branded and private label ranges
- Negotiating national agreements that deliver value for both the business and customers
- Delivering on key targets like distribution, promotions, and revenue
- Managing promotional spend smartly to maximise return
- Running regular account reviews and identifying new growth opportunities
- Keeping a close eye on market trends, competitors, and category insights
- Collaborating with teams across marketing, product, and technical to deliver the best outcomes
What They're Looking For:
- Experience in FMCG (Food & Beverage) sales working with at least one Top 4 UK grocer (Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons and/or Sainsburys)
- P&L management skills and directly handling sales data
- A strong understanding of the UK retail landscape
- Confident negotiation and commercial thinking skills
- Someone who’s proactive, organised, and driven to hit (and beat) targets
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
- A full UK driving licence
- Bonus: Additional European Language skills (not essential)

A Few Must-Haves:
To be considered, you’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience with a minimum of 1 Top 4 UK grocer (Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons and/or Sainsburys)
- To be based in or near London (with 3 days per week in the office)
