Location: Bath & surrounding region Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £12.71 from April Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, Starting ASAP Working Hours: 40 hours, Mon-Fri 06:30-15:00 About the role We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bath. You will keep several commercial contract locations (e.g. offices, factories, schools etc.) and local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through Ground Maintenance services such as, but not limited to, grass cutting (using a ride on and pedestrian mower), strimming, pruning, weeding, hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, litter collecting, sports line marking and any other related horticultural duties. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment. Requirements Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset. A full valid UK driving licence PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
