The Role:

Reporting to the Contract and Delivery Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day management and performance of grounds maintenance and caretaking contracts. You'll ensure services are delivered to a consistently high standard – keeping communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on driving contractor performance, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and making visible improvements to places people call home.
