- Mon- Thurs 7:30-15:15, Fri OFF About the role We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Loughborough, and undertake grounds maintenance tasks throughout the year.

You will keep several local sites in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.

A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.

PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred, but not essential.

Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
