Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work on a large site in Bracknell. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative with a strong background in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of grounds maintenance and landscaping across the site, ensuring all external areas are maintained safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out all aspects of lawn care, including mowing, fertilising, moss control and reseeding Plant, shrub and tree maintenance, including planting, pruning, pest and insect control, and feeding Maintaining paved and decked areas through pressure washing, cleaning, algaecide treatment, sealing and oiling Completing soft landscaping duties such as turfing, planting flower beds and shrubs, mulching, barking, weed control, hedge trimming and strimming Operating and maintaining irrigation and water systems Safe operation and routine maintenance of tools and machinery, including mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, long-arm trimmers, scarifiers, pressure washers and wo...
