Team Leader - Grounds Maintenance - Bristol

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join a leading horticultural and grounds maintenance company based in the Bristol area.
\n
Location: Bristol
\n
Rate: £15 p/h including holiday pay
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n \n Leading a team of 2-3 operatives on a range of maintenance contracts
\n
\n
\n Tasks include:
\n
\n \n Grass cutting (ride-on and pedestrian mowers)
\n
\n
\n Hedge cutting
\n
\n
\n Strimming
\n
\n
\n Weed control
\n
\n
\n General grounds maintenance duties
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n \n PA1/PA6 certifications - essential
\n
\n
\n Proven experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role
\n
\n
\n Full UK driving licence - essential
\n
\n
\n
\n
