Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Location: Edinburgh Salary: £13.50 per hour Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday - Friday 07.00 - 16.30

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to supervise a small team, working with them to provide various grounds maintenance services in Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire including grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting and litter picking. * Prior experience within Grounds Maintenance with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset

* Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position

* Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail

* The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team

* Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations

* Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic

* A full valid UK driving licence is essential

* PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage
