Pay:£18.50 per hour

Job description:

We are currently recruiting two experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start in Delamere. This is a three-month contract working for a subcontractor on a major new build housing development, delivered on behalf of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK.

The Role:

You will be working as part of an established groundworks team on a large-scale residential scheme. Duties will include:

• All aspects of groundworks on new build housing
• Drainage (foul & storm) installation
• Foundations, footings, and concrete works
• Kerbing and edging
• General site duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundworks, particularly on new build housing projects
• Strong drainage experience is essential
• Valid CSCS card (required)
• NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own PPE
