A well-established and employee-owned civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing team Chorley, covering projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a civils or groundworks estimator to join a financially robust contractor with over 30 years' presence in the region, a strong track record with major UK housebuilders, and a long-term pipeline of repeat business.

You will work as part of a collaborative and experienced estimating team, preparing competitive tenders for a wide range of roads, sewers, drainage, and groundworks packages on major housing developments.
Groundworks Estimator Salary & Benefits
Salary: £35,000-£65,000 depending on experience Employee Ownership Scheme and long-term profit share (6-10% historically) Company Car / Allowance Pension scheme, 28 day holidays 1 more every year Career development support
