Groundworks Foreman

My client are a leading contractor within the RC/GW sector. They operate heavily across London and surrounding counties delivering build packages within the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. They are looking to onboard a very able groundworks foreman to help deliver an ongoing project in North London.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the works manager.

* Managing plant, labour and materials.

* Tool box talks.

* Supervision of on-site operations.

* Record keeping.

* Managing health and safety.

* Liaising with the client and subcontractors.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* CSCS card.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid

* Previous experience in a foreman role.

* Previous experience managing groundworks packages

* Full UK driving licence.
