Groundworks Supervisor (Working Supervisor) £20-£24 per hour + Bonus + Days Based + Overtime Swindon Are you a Groundworks Supervisor with SSSTS looking for a hands-on leadership role within civil engineering and water infrastructure projects? Do you have experience working within the water/utilities sector and want to be part of a growing and reputable contractor? The business is actively expanding and provides ongoing training and development to support continued upskilling, alongside clear routes for long-term progression as you grow within the company and take on increased responsibility. In this role, you will supervise and support a small team of groundworkers while remaining hands-on across site activities such as trenching, pipework installation, and general site preparation. You will also be responsible for monitoring site progress, completing permits and documentation, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
