We're looking for a Group Accountant to support the business through an important period of change. This is an initial 3-month FTC, with the potential to extend or become permanent depending on business needs (not guaranteed at this stage).

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30 (30-minute lunch)

Key Responsibilities
* Own the balance sheet and keep all reconciliations accurate and up to date
* Manage intercompany accounts and resolve queries quickly
* Produce monthly management accounts for all sites
* Deliver clear month-on-month performance reporting
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow updates
* Provide sharp, actionable P&L and variance analysis
* Maintain strong financial controls and clean ledgers
* Prepare audit files and assist with year-end processes

Requirements
* Qualification preferred but not essential
* Experience in a similar finance or group accounting role
