Work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams Lead financial strategy across the portfolio, driving performance and supporting growth Help shape the future direction of the business Bring commercial insight and operational understanding to optimise profitability, enhance reporting and support investment decisions across multiple sites

Leadership & Culture This is a true leadership role, combining strategic influence with hands‑on impact. You will partner closely with General Managers and functional leaders, build capability across the finance teams and help create a more integrated, high‑performing group.
