Group Commercial Manager – Major Construction Projects
Location: Ballygawley Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 Type: Permanent
Amplifi Talent are partnering with an ambitious construction firm based near Ballygawley, to recruit an experienced Group Commercial Manager to take the lead on the commercial delivery of high-value construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll be responsible for shaping commercial strategy, controlling budgets, managing risk, and ensuring contractual compliance while working closely with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
What you’ll do

Lead all commercial aspects from pre-contract to final account.

Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and cost control.
*
Identify and mitigate project risks.
*
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
*
Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
What you’ll bring
*
Proven track record in senior commercial roles on major construction projects (£15m+).
*
Strong contract knowledge and procurement expertise.
*
Professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB) or equivalent experience.
*
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
