Macildowie are working with a client based in Leicester to recruit a Group Finance Manager for a fast-paced organisation in the Retail sector. This is a permanent, office-based position offering a competitive salary (dependent on experience). Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role plays a critical part in financial reporting, cashflow forecasting, KPI development, and ensuring strong financial governance. You will also play a key role in improving reporting standards, supporting audit processes, and providing commercial insights to support strategic business decisions.
