AlertSystems is currently recruiting for a Group Finance Officer position within the Finance Department (fully site based). Group Finance Officer role Purchase ledger queries. Reconcile purchase ledger statements. Create and approve ad hoc payments. Prepare sales ledger statements. Sales ledger queries. Processing sales ledger invoices. Update and maintain expense claims. Payroll updates. Day to day management of Company bank accounts. Management of customer direct debits. Customer credit management. Assisting with month end tasks and reporting. Essential skills Previous experience of working in Finance is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail. Numerical competency. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. The Package Annual salary: £27,000 - £28,000. Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday. 22 days holiday p.a. (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday. Group Pension contributions. Free on-site parking. Group Life Insurance Cover x1 annual salary.
