The group is a privately owned and entrepreneurial SME market leader which has shown strong & resilient performance during recent times, geared to double in turnover in coming years. This is a senior role with significant exposure to the Board and Group senior leadership team, offering the chance to shape processes, enhance reporting, and drive continuous improvement. The Role The Group Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of group treasury, payroll, month-end reporting, audit, HMRC compliance, and statutory accounts preparation. Managing a small finance team, you'll ensure timely, accurate reporting while delivering clear insights to support decision-making. You'll also take the lead on technical accounting matters, cashflow forecasting, and board reporting, while driving improvements in systems, processes, and controls.
