We are recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a healthy, growing and market-leading business operating as an independent unit within a multi-billion turnover global parent. This is a key senior finance appointment offering genuine breadth of responsibility, strong visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape and strengthen the finance function within a dynamic and expanding environment. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, with a dotted line to the Managing Director, the Group Financial Controller will take full ownership of the groups financial control, reporting and governance framework. The role will combine hands-on technical delivery with strategic oversight, ensuring the integrity of financial information while supporting commercial decision-making at board level. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and continually improving the month-end and year-end close processes, delivering accurate and timely consolidated reporting, maintaining robust balance sheet control and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal group policies.
