Are you a numbers-driven professional with a passion for Food & Beverage Operations? Join our dynamic hotel group as Group Food & Beverage Controller and play a key role in maintaining profitability and driving efficiencies across all 9 of our unique and vibrant hotel properties.
In this pivotal role of Group Food & Beverage Controller , you'll take ownership of monthly stocktakes, cost controls, and financial reporting, while travelling weekly to work closely with onsite F&B teams and Hotel Managers. If you're ready to improve stock management processes, optimise performance, and make a tangible impact, we'd love to hear from you.
The Group Food & Beverage Controller will also be a champion for ensuring menus are always up to date with Allergen information, audit kitchen cleanliness and in partnership with hotel management complete compliance walk arounds.
The successful Group Food & Beverage Controller candidate needs to have a real love and passion for standards in Hospitality and the ability to build good connections to get buy in, they need to have good time management and administration skills and be able to effectively manage their own work to have a positive impact. The successful candidate will need to like travel as this will be frequent, we have pool cars that can be used or private mileage. As a new role this is a really lovely opportunity for someone who loves hospitality and wants to grow into a central support role and become part of a team that strive continued development!

Person specification • Ambition to achieve accuracy and continuous improvement. • Creative with good presentation skills. • Ability to work under own initiative. • Able to develop relationships with key colleagues. • A passion for continuous improvement. • Happy travelling regularly and being at all 9 sites monthly. Experience & Qualifications • Level 3 Food Safety. • It would be desirable to have Health & Safety Level 2 and Allergens Level 2. • Proven experience in a similar role to Food & Beverage Controller or stock taker role, ideally in a multi-site or group environment. • Strong knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory systems, and operational processes. • Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills. • Experience working closely with kitchen and F&B operations. • Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability. • Confident communicator able to collaborate with senior stakeholders and on-the-ground teams. • Proficient in stock management systems and MS Excel.
