📢 Group Head of FP&A | London (Office-Based) 📍 Location: Hammersmith, London 👥 Team: 1 direct report (with planned growth) We’re looking for a commercially minded Group Head of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and performance insight across a multi-site, international hospitality business backed by private equity and entering an exciting growth phase. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive decision-making, enhance performance visibility, and build scalable FP&A processes to support expansion. Key Focus Areas

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Deliver clear, actionable performance analysis and KPI reporting Partner with operational teams to drive revenue, margin, and efficiency Build robust financial models to support growth and investment decisions Enhance reporting and analytics (Power BI, data-led insights) Develop and scale the FP&A function

Requirements

Must have proven FP&A leadership in a multi-site environment (hospitality, retail, leisure, or similar) Strong modelling, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in fast-paced or PE-backed businesses advantageous Systems & technology-savvy – familiarity with tools such as Power BI
