This is a pivotal Group-level leadership role, responsible for advancing and coordinating Market Research capabilities in line with expanding strategic priorities, emerging risks and competitive challenges. The successful candidate will balance global strategy, scale and comparability with local market agility and decision-making speed. The Role As Group Head of Market Research & Insights, you will define and lead the global Market Research vision, framework and priorities across the organisation. You will work closely with Business Units (BUs), Regional General Managers, SLT members and Research Leads to translate business needs into a coordinated Group Market Research agenda.
