Job Description
Covering 6 concurrent packages of work and increasing to 10 in 2027, my client are now looking for a capable Health and Safety Professional to run the UK department, reporting into the Managing and Construction Director.

My client pride themselves on working alongside tier 1 main contractors, as well as leading developers, so names like Mace, Skanska, Sir Robert Mcalpine, Berkeley Group and Mount Anvil are just a handful of names you'll be working alongside on a daily basis.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Responsible for ensuring, monitoring, and enforcing safety standards, regulations, and risk mitigation strategies for exterior building envelope packages
\n
Develop site-specific health and safety policies, manage contractor compliance, and oversee high-risk installation activities to ensure a zero-tolerance, positive safety culture
\n
Developing and reviewing site-specific method statements, risk assessments, and technical details to prevent accidents
\n
Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and delivering health and safety training sessions to personnel
\n
If they arise, managing, reporting, and analysing safety breaches or incidents, implementing corrective actions
\n
\n
For the right candidate, my client would look to pay up to £95k plus package for the right person.
