As we move into an exciting new phase with a strong focus on our people, we are looking for a Group HR Administrator to join our Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who is keen to build a long-term career in Human Resources within a dynamic hospitality environment. The Role This is a hands on HR role providing day to day administrative and operational support to the Head of HR. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, HR systems, employee records, engagement initiatives, and HR projects across the group. The role suits a confident self starter or graduate who enjoys working at pace and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage Recruit Genie , the companys recruitment system, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.
HR Systems, Time & Attendance and Employee Files Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure documentation is complete and compliant with local legislation.
Support managers with queries relating to Fourth, RecruitGenie, Merlin, Maple One.
Maintain accurate records for attendance, sickness, absence, lateness, and holidays.
Create, update, and maintain all employee personnel files.
Assist with monthly payroll preparations. HR Administration, Employee Engagement & Benefits Provide day to day HR administrative support, including contracts, promotions, transfers, pay and benefits.
Prepare HR metrics and reports (e.g. turnover, absence, reward and recognition).
Assist with training plans and schedules for Head Office managers and Hotel General Managers.
Support HR projects, including employee benefits such as Wagestream, Simply Health, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Insurance, and the implementation of new HR systems.
Liaise with Group Manager to organise company events and engagement initiatives, including IHG Celebrate Service, Summer Party.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of HR.
About You Essential Proactive, approachable, and confident, with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel to hotel sites when required, including occasional overnight stays.
