Climate Care Solutions Ltd is building a high-quality group of specialist businesses in the HVAC and facilities management sector, and this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth.
We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on operator to lead the integration of acquired businesses into the CCS platform and work closely with leadership teams to improve operational performance across the group.
This is a high-impact role with real visibility and influence. You will play a central part in shaping how the group scales, embedding consistent ways of working, improving reporting and controls, and helping create a more disciplined, data-led operating model.
Our core platforms include Joblogic, ATLAS by Citation, and Xero.
This role sits at the centre of our buy-and-build growth strategy.
You will lead the practical integration of newly acquired businesses into the CCS operating platform, ensuring a smooth transition across systems, processes, reporting and operational controls. Between acquisitions, you will partner with operational leaders across the group to improve day-to-day performance, strengthen KPI discipline, and support the development of a more scalable and consistent operating model.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable moving between project delivery, systems implementation, performance improvement and stakeholder management, and who enjoys working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into the CCS group
- Build and manage integration plans across key workstreams, milestones and priorities
- Support migration onto Joblogic, ATLAS and Xero
- Standardise core operating processes, reporting and controls across group companies
- Work closely with local leadership teams to embed group ways of working
- Ensure continuity for customers and teams throughout the integration process
- Capture lessons learned and help build a repeatable integration playbook for future acquisitions
- Partner with business leaders to improve day-to-day operational delivery across the group
- Drive KPI visibility, reporting discipline and regular performance review routines
- Identify performance gaps and implement practical improvement plans
- Improve areas such as engineer productivity and utilisation, service delivery, customer responsiveness, quotation turnaround and conversion, job profitability and gross margin, invoicing discipline, cash collection, compliance and process adherence
- Improve the quality and consistency of operational and management information
- Help teams use systems effectively, accurately and consistently
- Support the development of a scalable, data-led group operating model
- Ensure acquired businesses move from legacy processes to group-standard reporting and controls
- Proven experience leading or supporting the integration of acquired businesses
- Experience in operations, transformation, or multi-site service management
- A track record of improving performance in operational businesses
- Experience embedding systems, processes and reporting standards
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs, margins and operational performance
- The ability to build credibility with both senior leaders and frontline teams
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- The confidence to operate in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
- Experience in a buy-and-build, private equity-backed, founder-led, or high-growth business
- Experience in HVAC, FM, building services, engineering services, or other technical service environments
- Familiarity with Joblogic, Xero and/or HSE or HR platforms such as ATLAS by Citation
- Organised and delivery-focused
- Pragmatic and commercially minded
- Comfortable leading change in live operational environments
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at all levels
- Resilient, adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Motivated by helping build a high-performing group
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing group with ambitious plans. You will have real responsibility, exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to play a central role in how the business integrates acquisitions and improves operational performance across the platform.
If you enjoy building structure, driving improvement and making things work better in live operational businesses, this is an excellent opportunity to help shape the next stage of CCS’s growth.
Package- Salary up to £80,000
- Company car or £600 per month car allowance
- Bonus scheme
- Private healthcare
If you have experience integrating acquired businesses and improving performance in service-led operations, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build a scaling HVAC/FM group, we’d love to hear from you.
