We are seeking an ambitious and driven Group Management Accountant for our client, a rapidly expanding organisation, operating in the Healthcare sector. This is an ideal opportunity for a data driven accounting professional who has previous experience of managing multi entities, including M&A processes and thrives working to tight deadlines. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Group Management Accountant will be a key member of the finance function, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and leading a small team of two. You will take ownership of the month-end process, year-end audit support, compliance oversight, and financial planning and forecasting across the group. The main responsibilities of the role: Lead and manage the groups day-to-day management accounting functions and month close processes. Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Work closely with the Financial Director to prepare for year-end and external audits.
