You will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of marketing and communications across the Group, driving brand awareness, occupancy and long-term growth. Develop data-driven strategies that achieve home and company-wide KPIs Measure, analyse and report on marketing performance and ROI Plan and execute integrated campaigns Support occupancy growth and enquiry generation across homes Lead and deliver event activity across the Group Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing Identify and implement new opportunities through marketing insight and research Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and performance Manage and monitor SEO Manage and monitor paid media Manage all internal communications Act as a marketing partner to individuals and teams across the Group Lead a team of marketeers and third-party agencies Support the development of marketing professionals

Person Specification
