Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Procurement Manager located in Wickford, Essex, UK. The Group Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement activities. The role involves analysing market trends, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring that procurement processes are efficient and effective. Additional tasks include collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and procurement strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience in the oil additive or lubricant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
