GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER | 12M FTC-TO-PERM | UP TO £145K DOE \ HYBRID LONDON

Few&Far are hiring for a Group Product Manager to join a fast-growing London-based mobile scaleup.

Salary up to £145K per annum DOE, plus bonus

Initially 12M FTC Contract, strong likelihood of going permanent

Hybrid working in London 2-3x a week

This scale-up builds consumer mobile products distributed at global scale through strategic partnerships. It’s a genuinely interesting B2B2C environment, where product decisions balance user experience, commercial outcomes, and partner needs.

This is a leadership role at Group PM level, leading multiple squads focused on mobile apps. You’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy, driving engagement and monetisation, and leading a small team of PMs, while working closely with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, and commercial.

They’re looking for someone who brings:

• strong mobile product experience, strong Android exposure (eg fragmentation, OS upgrades, ecosystem constraints, Android OEM)
• a mix of both B2B and B2C understanding, or B2B2C experience
• proven ability to lead PMs and drive measurable product outcomes
• experience in a scale-up environment
• proven people leadership (ideally managing multiple PMs)
