Group Quality And Assurance Manager £65,000 - £75,000 + car allowance / car + benefits Ealing (with travel across UK sites) Full-Time / Permanent Lead the charge on quality across a busy, fast‑moving project portfolio. YOUR NEW ROLE You’ll lead the development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards across multiple projects. Expect a mix of site audits, system reviews, training delivery and hands‑on support to project teams. You’ll champion continuous improvement and help ensure projects meet client, contractual and regulatory expectations. * Lead and deliver the group audit programme, including supplier and project audits. * Monitor compliance with the management system and report on performance. * Support project teams with quality planning, delivery strategies and client expectations. * Provide input for tenders and pre‑qualification submissions. * Track KPIs, analyse trends and drive continual improvement initiatives. * Manage non‑conformances, root‑cause analysis and preventative actions. * Support external audits and help close out actions. * Deliver inductions and quality training to new and existing staff. * Promote defect‑free delivery and support teams at project handover. * Assist the wider SHEQ function with improvement projects and training.
