You'll report into the Group Financial Controller and take the lead on group-level reporting and consolidation activity. Key responsibilities include: Monthly group reporting and consolidation

Preparation of statutory accounts and support with year-end audit

Oversight of technical areas such as IFRS 16, pensions, share options, etc.

Providing technical accounting advice across the business

Leading and developing a small finance team

Ensuring best practice financial controls are in place

Supporting the delivery of annual and half-year group reporting

What we're looking for: (ACA preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and consolidation

Experience in a large group or listed business

Confident managing external auditors and deadlines
