This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role for a Group Sales Excellence Director. UK HQ (Midlands) - Hybrid - International Travel - Executive Package. We’re seeking a commercial, change-driven Sales Excellence Director to design, build, and embed best-in-class sales excellence across an international group. You’ll set the standards, build the function, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, consistency, and growth at scale. Our client is a world-leading manufacturer serving both B2B and B2C markets, with around 700 employees across the UK, Europe, and the US. With strong brands, innovative products, and a growing digital/SaaS offering, the Group is focused on sustainable solutions that protect public health and the environment.
