Role: Group Supply Chain Manager

Location: UK & Europe (with travel)

Language Requirement: Fluent in German

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Deliver measurable cost savings and value-adds across business units
• Lead commercially astute procurement projects using TCO analysis
• Support European-wide contracts and supplier consolidation
• Provide insightful reporting on spend, savings, and supplier performance
• Champion Supplier Relationship Management and risk mitigation
• Drive process improvements and embed SMART KPIs and SLAs

What You Bring

• 3+ years in supply chain or procurement roles
• Fluent German speaker with willingness to travel across Europe
• Ideally CIPS qualified (or working towards it)
• Strong Excel skills and confident with PowerPoint & Word
• Proven experience negotiating contracts (£50K–£500K)
• A proactive, analytical, and innovative mindset
• Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
