This is a rare opportunity to become the founding performance marketer, working directly with the founders and leadership team to design, test and scale the acquisition engine. No inherited legacy campaigns. No rigid playbooks. Just ownership, influence and room to build something meaningful. The role You will take full ownership of paid acquisition and performance marketing, with responsibility for strategy, execution and optimisation. Key responsibilities include: Owning and scaling paid media across Meta and Google Ads Managing budgets, bidding strategies and channel performance Building structured experimentation and testing roadmaps Driving results against CPA, CAC, ROAS, volume and payback targets Launching new channels including TikTok Ads, affiliates and emerging platforms Partnering with creative, content and product teams to improve conversion across the customer journey Developing reporting dashboards and turning data into clear commercial insight What were looking for Were looking for a hands-on performance marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution and thrives in fast-moving environments. You will likely have: 3+ years experience in performance or growth marketing Strong track record scaling paid acquisition in B2C sectors such as fintech, travel, marketplaces, subscription or e-commerce Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4 Solid understanding of key digital marketing metrics including CPA, CAC, LTV and ROAS Experience running structured A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel or Google Sheets A minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university Experience with TikTok Ads, affiliate marketing, programmatic or startup/scale-up environments is advantageous but not essential. The mindset You take ownership naturally. You test, learn and iterate quickly. Youre comfortable making data-informed decisions without waiting for perfect information. You enjoy building from scratch and collaborating across teams. You communicate clearly and can present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
