The next stage is to optimise and scale these to drive consistent, measurable revenue growth.This is an exciting opportunity to join at a key stage of development. We are looking for a hands‑on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of execution, performance, and continuous improvement across our marketing channels.Role OverviewThis is not a traditional “campaign‑only” marketing role.You will sit at the intersection of:WebsiteCRM (HubSpot)Tracking & performanceYou will be responsible for ensuring our marketing ecosystem runs efficiently, converts effectively, and supports revenue growth.Location: Sale, ManchesterType: Full‑time, office‑basedKey ResponsibilitiesCommercial ResponsibilityYou will play a key role in improving the commercial performance of marketing, with a focus on:Increasing website conversion ratesImproving lead‑to‑sale conversionDriving revenue contribution from marketing channelsEmail Marketing & CRMBuild and optimise email campaigns, automations, and sequencesMaintain and improve CRM data quality and segmentationSupport sales outreach through structured sequences and workflowsManage and update website content (WordPress / WooCommerce)Improve product and landing pages to increase conversion ratesOptimise website structure and content for SEO (on‑page, internal linking, page structure)Support implementation of schema (Product, FAQ, Event, etc.)Ensure all pages are aligned with commercial priorities and inventory availabilityIdentify and improve user journey and on‑site performanceData, Performance & PaidEnsure accurate tracking and attribution across website, CRM, and campaigns (GTM, HubSpot)Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CPA, and revenue contributionAnalyse lead‑to‑sale performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and ROIManage and optimise paid marketing activity (e.g. Google Ads, retargeting), ensuring alignment with overall performanceWork with external partners where required to execute and improve paid campaignsUse performance data to inform decisions across marketing and salesWork closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversionBuild and refine outreach sequencesEnsure marketing supports high‑value opportunities (events, packages)Work with partners and external channels to support brand visibility and revenue growthSocial & ContentSupport light social activity where relevant (not the primary focus)Assist in promoting key events and campaignsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience with HubSpot or similar CRMStrong understanding of marketing funnels and conversionExperience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS)Familiarity with tracking tools (GTM, analytics, attribution)Comfortable working across both technical and marketing tasksCommercial mindset — understands revenue, not just marketing metricsExperience with WooCommerce or e‑commerce environmentsBasic understanding of APIs / integrationsExperience with SEO structure and schemaBackground in events, sports, or ticketingThis Role is Ideal For Someone Who:Enjoys being hands‑on and solving problemsIs comfortable working across systems, data, and campaignsWants to build and improve processes, not just execute tasksCan prioritise high‑impact activity and focus on what drives revenueIs motivated to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility over timeSummaryThis is a hands‑on role with real responsibility and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on revenue.You will play a key part in shaping how marketing supports the wider business, improving performance across systems, campaigns, and customer journeys. #J-18808-Ljbffr
