GTM Enablement & Operations Manager
London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
We're working with a fast-growing business in the energy and EV sector to find a commercially minded operator who can sit across their entire go-to-market function. The role spans Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and picks up the work that doesn't belong neatly to any one team.
In practice that means owning special projects end-to-end, keeping a close eye on pipeline health, helping deals move forward and making sure customers get up and running without unnecessary friction. The work shifts between analysis, process design and hands-on execution depending on where it's needed most.
You'll work closely with a leadership team who have scaled businesses before and who want someone they can hand things to and trust to get them done.
What You'll Be Doing
Special Projects
- Take projects from brief through to delivery and documentation, owning the whole thing.
- Work across teams and levels without always having direct authority, getting things done through relationships and structure.
- Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks and blockers without being chased.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
- Know what's actually driving leads into the funnel and where the drop-off is happening.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on campaigns and demand generation activity.
- Keep CRM data clean and properly attributed so the numbers can be trusted.
- Spot early when pipeline looks thin and work with the team to address it.
Deal Progression & Sales Enablement
- Watch the pipeline for deals that have gone quiet and dig into why.
- Build and maintain the materials the sales team needs to move opportunities forward: decks, one-pagers, proposal templates.
- Make sure handovers between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success actually work.
Customer Onboarding
- Keep tabs on onboarding across accounts and flag where things are slow or at risk.
- Work with Customer Success to tighten up onboarding processes and documentation.
- Step in to unblock things when internal issues are holding up a customer's go-live.
- Track time-to-value and push for continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Find the process gaps that are costing the team time and fix them.
- Build playbooks and processes that hold up as the business scales.
- Own GTM reporting so leadership always has an accurate picture of pipeline, onboarding and customer health.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working across commercial functions, whether that's Marketing, Sales, Customer Success or a mix.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience and comfort with GTM reporting.
- A track record of delivering projects properly: scoped, executed and closed out with documentation.
- Comfortable designing processes and solving operational problems without needing engineering support.
- Communicates clearly across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- An interest in energy, EV or sustainability. Sector experience is a plus but not essential.
- Takes ownership without being asked twice.

Compensation & Benefits
