Job description The Guest Services Host is an integral part of Lathams Workplace Experience (WE) team. This role will be responsible for integrating people, space, and technology to provide a globally consistent, welcoming, and productive experience wherever you choose to work, while anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas. This role will be located in our London office. The working hours for this role will be 1:00pm - 9:00pm BST. Other key responsibilities include: Front Desk Support Welcoming all personnel and external visitors Registering visitors and coordinating details with building security and administration
Supporting the daily workflow Anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas Building and maintaining guest profiles to tailor support
