Job description: Role: Guidewire CC Developer Work in Implementation, Upgrade and support project with on-prem, GWCP and private Cloud hosted version of for Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) Manage client co-ordination and deep functional or insurance (P&C) industry expertise especially on Personal and/or commercial lines. Lead L2/L3/L4 support teams working across India, US & UK. Lead distributed teams working across 3 different time zones effectively handle production defects, arresting defect inflow and maintaining a healthy trend in issues management Ensure near 24/7 environment availability for production and non-production environments, exceeding customer service level agreements Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify identify systemic defect patterns, areas of opportunities to improve and control flow of defects. Define & Socialize plan of action to eliminate and control defects Enhance application logging standards across Guidewire services to achieve faster MTTR through proactive alerting & anomaly detection. Manage centralized monitoring & observability dashboards for Real Time health tracking. Experience Requisite

Total Guidewire Experience: 8+ years ClaimCenter Experience: 5+ years Must be Guidewire Certified Developer - preferably ACE certified

Domain Expertise:

Good experience in Property and Casualty insurance domain Strong understanding of Policy, claim and Billing life cycles and transactions in Guidewire systems

Guidewire Skills:

Strong understanding of Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) Working Experience across other Guidewire centers and integration gateway Strong working experience of implementing GUnit automation framework for business rule validation Mastery at execution of Guidewire recommended best practices and Surepath methodology

Configuration Expertise: Hands-on experience with Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) configuration including:

Workflows Data Model Rules Entity Creation/Modification Benefit Management PCFs customization Validations Widgets and their attributes Integration Mechanisms Guidewire Data Model

Customization & Integration: Sound knowledge of Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & Cloud) customization and integration (Intra and Inter system integration) using REST and SOAP APIs Technical Skills:

Experience with batch processes, Guidewire Messaging framework, and OOTB plugins Familiarity with Infra concepts and deployment architecture (WMB, WAS, and Apache) Strong knowledge on Software architecture and design in Guidewire Ecosystem Enforcing the Testing Pyramid with Unit Tests (GUnit), API & Integration Testing and UI Regression (targeted) Implementing automated regression tests to reduce release risk and cycle time Strong expertise in Gosu, Core Java, SQL Ability to work with different databases write SQL queries for data analysis

SDLC/Project Management:

Implementing structured SDLC with CI/CD controls. Working experience in implementation and AMS programs Experience with defect triaging, estimation, stakeholder management, and application enhancements. Ability to lead Team and manage client stakeholders Experience with Git repository, Jira and ServiceNow

Additional Skills:

Informatics experience (working with information technology systems) is a plus
