You will be working during term time only (40 weeks), on flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity to build experience, share your passion for fitness, and make a real impact in a supportive college environment.What youll be doingSupervising the gym and supporting users day-to-dayDelivering inductions and basic fitness programmesSetting up and maintaining equipmentLeading or supporting sports activities and exercise classesPromoting fitness activities and increasing participationKeeping the environment safe, clean, and welcomingWhat were looking forExperience in a gym or fitness environmentGreat communication and customer service skillsA proactive, reliable team playerNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)First Aid qualified (or willing to train)Enhanced DBS requiredGym instructor/group exercise qualifications, coaching experience, or a passion for leading activities.If this opportunity if of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
