A warm and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the classroom-especially those with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them to build confidence, regulate emotions, and make progress.
Collaborating with teachers, the Inclusion Team, and external professionals to support individual learning plans.
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a nurturing environment during lessons and breaktimes.
Getting involved in training, school initiatives, and professional development.
Who We're Looking For:
A recent graduate (Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) who is passionate about making a difference.
Any experience with children or young people, particularly those with SEN/SEMH, is a huge bonus.
Someone proactive, compassionate, and able to commit to full-time, term-time work for the academic year.
