As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join their team in Liverpool\n\nIf you're a RICS qualified surveyor with a background in commercial property and a keen interest in delivering high quality consultancy across diverse asset types this could be the ideal next step for you.\n\nResponsibilities for the Building Surveyor:\n\nAssist in delivering technical due diligence for a range of UK and EMEA investment and occupier clients.\nUndertake building surveys for both individual properties and larger portfolio instructions.\nPrepare and support negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of landlords and tenants.\nConduct defect analysis and contribute to PPM schedules and refurbishment strategies.\nSupport Contract Administration duties and refurbishment/fit-out project delivery.\nCollaborate with senior colleagues and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.\nEnsure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with professional standards. \n\nRequirements for the Building Surveyor:\n\nMRICS qualified, ideally with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.\nExperience or strong interest in technical due diligence, dilapidations, and contract administration.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a commercial approach.\nCapable of working independently and as part of a wider team.\nProactive mindset with a willingness to develop client relationships and support business growth.\nWilling to travel throughout the UK and EMEA as required.\nFull UK driving licence.
