Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Curate and update the cocktail menu, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Train and mentor bartenders, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, overseeing inventory and ordering.
- Create and execute signature cocktails, providing a unique and memorable experience for guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure harmony between the bar and dining experiences.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a personalized experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a senior bartending role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for crafting unique and high-quality cocktails.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic bar environment.
