Overview:
As a Head Bartender , you will assist in overseeing the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency. Your responsibilities include supervising and guiding bar staff, coordinating drink preparation, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will assist in training new staff members and enforcing bar policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Consistently prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist with daily stock counts and ordering
Leadership of shift and team.
Assist with training for new staff and business changes.
Able to handle most basic complaints without assistance.
Requirements:
Proven experience working on a fast-paced bar.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of international cocktails
